Warm up: as you chose
 Perform these exercises, you will need Barbells, Kettle Bells, Dumbbells, as many reps as you can in 1 minute, rest as needed and perform the next exercise. Try to complete all exercises without rest. How many reps did you complete, how long did it take to complete all exercises & reps.
