Fit For Fun workout

I hope you are ready for an easy laid back class I am too. Just not tomorrow.
We meet on the 3rd Basketball Court to warm up. The court nearest the sand volleyball court.
Prior to starting class at 6 am complete your half mile jog.
In studio A, you will need 1 kettle bell: 12 or 16 k, 1 35lbs. plate, 2 pairs of Dumbbells: 12 lbs & 10 lbs.
