Adapt exercise form to match weight used.
Perform 50 reps per exercise, rest only after completing circuit (5 exercises)

Stability Ball Crunches
400-800 meter jog
2 Arm Swings
Bent Rows
Renegade Row - Push ups Sequence 1-1-1
Squat Press
Atomic Press
400- 800 meter jog
