Training safely in humid conditions

Exercising for fun or fitness is hard . In fact the harder it is the more it stimulates positive changes in you.
Achieving your fitness goals is challenging and instructive. To be successful it should always teach you to train smart in any conditions. Humid conditions are at the top of my list to be smart about.
Learn how your body adjusts to heat & humidity, practice proper hydration, set your own pace and enjoy it.
When you train remember hydrate, don't wait until your thirsty. Train indoors, train early when the humidity is lower, train with a partner or in a small group. Watch out for your training buddies as they watch out for you.
When you train outside, train early or later when humidity is reduced and with a friend. After your workout hydrate, and check your clothes. We lose electrolytes when we sweat, sodium causes white stains on your clothes. Train smart and safe hydrate before and after your workout, choose the best environment and share it  a friend .
