Hard work here: be prepared to give your best effort for 60 minutes of work.
You will need a jump rope, kettle bell, body bar and dumbbells in Studio A.
We will be meeting in the cardio area on the track near the studio.
We will run on treadmills in intervals. Bring your water and towel to studio.
This is a best effort workout combining cardio & strength training.
