Personal Best Challenge: Fit For Fun

You will need kettle bells, (varied weights) or plates: #25's , #35's.
Barbell 12-20kg and dumbbells (varied weights).
Please be punctual .
Complete your warm up prior to 0600 hours.
We will perform all exercises for time (60 second intervals). Please bring a bottle of water and towel to class we will meet on the basketball court. Bring all equipment to Studio A.

For those of you unable to join me @ Chelsea Piers:
Exercises: Squats, 2 Arm Swings, Push ups, Clean & Press, Bear Bad Dogs...
Complete 1 minute interval each exercise, no rest until you complete all five. Rest for 2 minutes and repeat circuit as many times as you can in twenty-five minutes, then run 1/2 mile with Body bar (9lbs.)...
