- Start your fitness program with a thorough Fitness Evaluation conducted by a Certified Personal Trainer or an Exercise Physiologist. You can probably have it done at your gym.
- Search online for educational sites related to preventive health, nutrition and exercise.
- Start an Journal, name it and embrace it.
- Find some one to share your fitness journey with.
- Find a good doctor preferably homeopathic or holistic , they work to identify health issues resolving the problem not the symptoms.
- Remember the child in you who wasn't afraid to fail at what they wanted to do and be that child again, start here.
