Memorial Day Saturday workout


Happy Memorial Day
You will need a safe place to exercise outdoors or indoors and a stopwatch.

Warm up with a brisk walk or run outside for distance or time 1/2 mile or 10 minutes:
enjoy the sunshine, stretch as you normally would

Routine:

Perform as many squats as you can in 1 minute
Perform as many jumping jacks as you can in 1 minute
Perform alternating Lunges as many as you can in 1 minute
Repeat Jumping Jacks
Perform as many push ups as you can in 1 minute
Perform as many Burpees as you can in 1 minute
Repeat sequence 4 times , rest after you complete all six movements.
